About the event
Mantra Meditation is a weekly evening at Govinda's Swansea that we've been running for over 20 years. Meditation, live music kīrtan, a talk on eastern wisdom, and a shared meal to finish.
It's a simple format. You arrive, settle in, and the evening does the rest. The mantra meditation helps you actually switch off and reconnect. The wisdom talk gives you something to think about and the incredible food brings everyone together. You'll leave feeling noticeably better than when you arrived. No experience needed. Just show up :)
